Pricing
I tailor your rate to YOUR needs. Typically a FULL YEAR of clean-up starts at $2,700 and depending on the complexity of your books can increase from there.
This is a lot of work to do all at once but rest assured you will get a personalized bookkeeping system. Most clients can expect their clean up to be finished within 3-5 weeks. But, after we start work on your clean up, you will have a more exact date of completion.

Why is the price higher than I expected?
A clean-up project requires intense, focused work in a short period of time. I’m rebuilding months (sometimes years) of your financial history, diagnosing issues, correcting errors, setting up proper systems, and delivering fully accurate books you can confidently use for taxes, decisions, and growth.
How long does a clean up take?
I tailor all my services to my clients, looking at all the different factors that make up your specific bookkeeping system. I’ll do an in depth assessment to ensure the clean up will be done in a timely manner since this can be a lot of work done at once.
Do I need to use QuickBooks Online?
Yes! I am a Certified Level 2 QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and I work mainly in QBO for accuracy and efficiency. However, I am also certified in Xero. If you’re not yet set up, I can help you get started.
Will I be tax-ready after the clean up?
Absolutely. Your books will be organized, reconciled, and ready for your CPA or tax preparer. In fact, we will go a step further and collaborate with your tax preparer by communicating directly with them to make sure you have all you need to file your taxes for the clean up period.
What happens after the clean up?
You’ll receive your reports, a personalized walkthrough, and then you’ll be in the best position to keep your clean and accurate data whenever you need it, when you transition into ongoing bookkeeping services.
