Should I choose monthly or quarterly bookkeeping?
If you make frequent business decisions, have higher transaction volume, or want ongoing support and video walkthroughs, monthly is the way to go. If you're earlier in your business, have simpler finances, and mainly want clean, accurate books on a budget, quarterly is a great fit. We'll figure out the right one together on your free consult.
Can I switch from quarterly to monthly?
Absolutely. Many business owners start quarterly and move to monthly as they grow and want more frequent insight. Just let me know and we'll plan the switch at the start of your next quarter.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with women and mom-owned businesses. Whether you are a branding agency, an event planning business, or an online boutique, we're ready to be your financial support system!
Why are your prices so expensive?
I assess your bookkeeping system upfront, and once I start working in your QBO, if you're like 99% of clients, you might use a CRM or third-party merchant software like PayPal, Shopify, Amazon, etc. These integrations also need to be reconciled along with your QuickBooks. All of this is how I give you fully accurate books you can confidently use for taxes, decisions, and growth. And if you want that accuracy at a lower monthly cost, Quarterly Bookkeeping is an accessible place to start.
Do I need to be using QuickBooks Online to work with you?
I am a Certified Level 2 QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and I work best in QBO for accuracy and efficiency. However, I am also Xero certified if that is your accounting platform of choice. I can help you get started with either one.
Do you handle communication with my CPA or Tax Preparer?
We do! Depending on your budget and the package selected, it can include all communication with your tax preparer so you're set for tax season with no stress or confusion.
